Nu er der sket noget nyt og fantastisk! Bianco har taget et nyt intiativ, for alle de store mode og sko elskere rundt omkring! De har startet det nye fænomen The Bianco Fashion Army. Som er et projekt hvor der bliver valgt en person ved hver butik, som skal kommentere på sko og kommunikere sammen online. Derudover vil der være et par gang om året hvor man mødes til nogle forskellige ting, hvor man skal udtrykke ens mening og måske være med til at designe nogle sko. Derudover får man muligheden for at få et fantastisk glimt af sko og mode branchen, en Bianco Bootcamp, få invitationer til VIP events og selvfølgelig vil man da også se collectionerne før alle andre!
